Visually, the design doesn't overtake the content, which to me is good, however maybe a little more contrast would be nice. Green is fine, but just different greens and white doesn't really appeal to me personally. Your logo at the top left doesn't seem to stand out enough and seems to get lost in the background color. Just a thought.

The text itself is rather small and hard to read, so I would suggest making it a bit larger so that it is easier for people to read. Viewers with poor vision may be frustrated right away.

I think your basic SEO is ok, however you could implement h1/h2 tags, and make sure that your keywords are appearing enough. Try to make sure you get a few inbound links as well.

The navigation is simple and easy enough, and should be fine.
